Non Presenter

Student Presenter (Doctor under 30 years old)

Note:
Registration fee does not include Article Processing Charge (APC)
Early bird registration (up to September 3rd, 2018) and
Normal Registration (September 4th – October 1st, 2018)

The participation fee includes:

  • Opportunity to present a paper either as a talk or as a poster
  • Opportunity to publish a paper in the corresponding Procceding
  • Certificate for participation
  • Admission to all sessions of the conference
  • A printed copy of the conference program
  • Coffee break and Lunch

PAYMENT
Once you registered for the conference, you will be receiving an email with the invoice.  After you get the notification that the payment transaction was completed successfully, send a copy of the receipt for our reference.

We accept bank transfers only. All bank charges and commissions are paid by the participants. Payment on site is not allowed. Please Transfer your participation fee to:

The conference secretariat should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the participant has to pay the balance due at the registration desk.
Therefore, the participant has to add the international transaction cost. Any addition received will be reimbursed at the Registration Desk.
